I had an amazing time staying with Mohamed and Fatima – the welcome was super friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you so much!!!
The guesthouse is conveniently located for exploring the Valley of the Roses and Dades Gorge, and you can park your car right in front of the accommodation (the access roads are narrow but a small car can manage). Breakfast is hearty, the terrace is nice in the evenings, and the family is welcoming with a pleasant tea on arrival. Note that the host offers a guided tour of the area (great if you plan to have company for your stay); if you want to explore on your own, negotiating was tough and they insisted on accompanying you and charging extra – not necessary for the Valley of the Roses or the village itself, but perhaps for Dades where the path can be hard to find.
The house is beautifully decorated, the family is fantastic, and I had an immersive experience in the local culture.
Everything was perfect, the atmosphere was very family‑friendly, the food was great, everything was just perfect.
They greeted me warmly in the spacious and cozy room. The hot water supply in the room was limited and the pressure was almost non‑existent. The food was good, but 10 euros for traditional cuisine was the most I paid in Morocco.
