The stay was very pleasant and charming, with a warm, personal welcome from the host in a beautiful house that also had a stunning interior. Everything was refined and meticulously maintained. It’s quietly located in a lovely historic neighbourhood of Spa, and parking is easy. The chic breakfast was served with Paris‑quality tea from Mariage Frères. The only downside was the late communication (after breakfast) about a change to the checkout time, which turned out to be an hour earlier than listed on the website and the room information. That was a small detail; because we weren’t prepared, a solution was offered that let us lock the door ourselves, which we appreciated.

What a gorgeous house on a beautiful spot in Spa. All the rooms are decorated with attention to detail and tastefully arranged. Every day there’s a fresh, generous, and tasty breakfast. You can sit in the garden, the bed sleeps wonderfully, and the bathroom is very spacious. Absolutely a must‑visit!

The style and beauty of the house and its surroundings are lovely, but even though the breakfast is good, the price of €20 per person feels a bit excessive.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The décor was meticulous, cleanliness impeccable, the welcome warm, bedding comfortable, and the breakfast varied with sweet and savory options. Nothing to complain about!
