“Finally a great stay”

I loved everything! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the water pressure was awesome, and the staff were above exceptional, very friendly and helpful!

A disturbing noise from the air conditioner—or something similar—made the stay quite unpleasant.

“I enjoyed staying here was a good time”

The indoor pool was a highlight, but the area needed cleaning—fingernails and hair were visible, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling while the floorboards were falling off. The staff were friendly, and the room itself was nice, though the gym and pool could use some upgrades.

“Noisy”

I woke to constant noise throughout the night, only managing to drift off around 4‑5 am, and discovered later that our room was positioned directly behind the kitchen.

“Wonderful”

The staff were friendly, the side‑by‑side rooms met my needs, and the location and parking price were convenient. The only downside was the Bistro: I wasn’t sure if it operated as a sit‑down service, so I tried to reserve a table the night before, but the staff said it wasn’t necessary. Still, I had to pay to cancel a reserved Uber to the Alabama Theatre because the same person was acting as cook, server, and bartender, even though the staff claimed three people would be working. Waiting customers left, and it took us an hour to receive our food.
