The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even when I needed special breakfast arrangements, the team went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities and services. Nothing. Everything was great.

The location was superb, the place was clean, and the food was good. I booked a duplex room with a sea view and balcony, but when I got the room I discovered it was a ground‑floor lake‑front room with no balcony—just an entrance for a ground‑floor room. The room was hidden by trees and the pool, so I couldn’t see the lake, and the pictures had shown a high‑floor view. The staff explained that this type of room is only on the ground floor, so I asked to change to a high‑floor standard room, which was cheaper. I wasn’t satisfied with the value for money.

The view was great and the room itself felt pretty comfy, but not all restaurants were open and the service at the open one was slow.
