We spent three pleasant days; the accommodation was charming, well‑equipped, and the host’s communication was perfect. The location was excellent, letting us walk around the city without any problems. The room could have been a bit larger.

The spot is fairly convenient, close to the center, but the Queen room? Absolutely NO. The room is positioned right next to the main entrance: the door keeps banging continuously every time other guests enter or leave. The bed is a single and not a double, making it very uncomfortable for two people. The building is on the top floor with no elevator, which was not clearly indicated. Luggage had to be carried up four flights of stairs. The owner was completely absent, even though she lives on the premises; we never met her. No assistance at all. We sent a video on WhatsApp showing a very annoying noise that lasted all night. The owner replied, “Did it last all night?” I said yes, and then she disappeared, with no further response. The room was left in a degraded state: - Power outlets near the bed: one working and one broken - Lights: one abandoned behind the bed, the other on the nightstand not working - The curtain in front of the window was not covering, so people could see through and we were visible from outside - The shower window had no curtain, so everyone could see inside - The hairdryer smelled like burnt, dangerous - The air conditioner had a bad odor, unbearable. Privacy was zero, cleaning was rough, and security was questionable. Never again.

The apartment was very pretty and clean. It is very central but on a quiet street. The directions to get there and to park are very good. You can leave your luggage after check‑out.
