Everything was great; the reception team was very professional and friendly, and the rooms were always kept in perfect condition. I feel at home here and have become a repeat guest. Small issues do pop up, but the hotel staff always responded quickly and resolved them to my complete satisfaction.

Only two registered guests were provided, and there was just one soap. Even after the room was cleaned and refreshed, there was still only one soap. Extra charges were added. I was woken up by a crowd outside the motel at 3 am, and the area around the motel looked trashy.

The staff were friendly and quite good. On the day of my stay, construction was happening on the roof, and it was very noisy from the day on, right over my room. I asked to move rooms, and they responded immediately.

The staff were great, the hotel feels upscale for a good price, the amenities are solid, the restaurant is excellent, and everything stayed clean; the only downside was some minor renovations that woke me up a few times in the morning, but that’s understandable and I’m sure they’ll finish soon.
