“Great hotel and fantastic staff! Close to everything!”

The hotel was beautiful and posh, and its proximity to the station and the underground shopping mall was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, giving us excellent sleep. Unfortunately, we had to leave, and the breakfast buffet became monotonous after eight nights. Inside, the hotel felt very dark and mysterious.

“This hotel cannot be beat!”

The staff were attentive and well‑informed. Breakfast was insanely next level. The bed was super comfortable, and I chose the King room with the circular TIB. The location is unbeatable – I walked everywhere I could and used the subway next door for everything else, and a taxi was easy to grab right outside. Andy Liang, one of the concierges, was the highlight; he helped me build an amazing itinerary with suggestions I would never have thought of and sent me to some of my favorite spots on my short trip. My only note would be that it would be great to have more light in the room, but the moody luxe is part of the vibe.

The location was good. The hotel was very dark and dim, so I had to use my phone to read and see things.

The staff at arrival were not accommodating and showed no interest in helping us with a late check‑out the next day, even though the hotel was quiet and many rooms were available. We wanted just a few extra hours, were willing to pay extra, but the staff said nothing was available. Online listings showed many rooms for that night. The male server was the most unfriendly and had zero interest in assisting us with the request.
