Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore

“Exceptional!”

Exceptional Hotel, I spent two nights in Lahore and it was the best place to stay at and relax over the last few days of the trip. Lahore in September was really hot and the Hotel has everything to make for a great time after a day exploring the city. The room is fabulous, great air-con, plenty of space, great view, very modern and clean. The Hotel has a well equipped Gym and a very nice swimming pool at the top floor on the rooftop. The restaurant is top, and serves really nice food. Breakfast is also very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will def stay there again next time. The Location is right by Gulberg, is actually easy to get to the Walled City from there by taxi or rickshaw - I went in and out several times and always the traffic was never a problem, Lahore has some main roads in and out downtown and traffic flows very nice. Similarly, is also a conveniently close (taxi or riskshaw) to the Dollmen Mall. Nothing really, I loved it

The hotel sits right at the start of MM Alam Road, not far from all the popular spots, and the area is peaceful.

Breakfast could use some improvement; the menu is pretty much the same every day, though it was still good. The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly, and the security personnel were very professional.

The location and comfort were great, but the room and corridor carried an unpleasant smell.

The location was very good, room service was quick, the reception welcome was excellent, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. The environment was excellent overall. However, they didn’t mention at arrival that you need to show a passport or ID card, and they are very strict about it.
