“Für einen kurzen Städtetripp eine unproblematische Adresse.”
The location near Markusplatz was perfect, Casa Fenice sits in a quiet side alley, and the little coffee bar 50 m away is ideal for breakfast or a last drink; room 101 is spacious with a very comfortable bed and the code entry works smoothly. The bathroom is impossible—clean but so tiny that a person barely turns around, with no space for a toiletry bag or anything else, and I also expected a Kleenex box or a toothbrush holder at that price.

The place was in a fabulous spot, but some of the paint looks really tired and grubby.
“Centrico y bien equipado”
The room was small but very well organized, with a tiny fridge in the room, and the price was very competitive for staying in central Venice, just 5 minutes from St. Mark’s Square.
The location is incredible, just steps from Piazza San Marco, the area is quiet and very close to the center and shops, the staff are very helpful and always friendly, and the value for money is exceptional.
The spot is super close to Piazza San Marco, but you can’t actually “manage” the air‑con.
