The Family Room with Garden View opens onto garden and lake scenery. It sleeps four on extra‑long beds, includes a mosquito net, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a socket by the bed, and children’s books, DVDs or music, all on tile/marble flooring with a private entrance. The private bathroom has a toilet, toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer; climate control is provided by a single‑room AC unit, heating and an air purifier, while a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and free Wi‑Fi handle entertainment and connectivity.

Lake view and garden view are offered from the Family Room with Lake View. The room features a private entrance, a tiled floor, a wardrobe, a socket near the bed and four beds, and provides a mosquito net, books and DVDs or music for children, as well as a refrigerator, ironing facilities and a nearby hand‑sanitizer. A flat‑screen TV with cable channels, free Wi‑Fi, single‑room air‑conditioning, heating, air purifiers and a private bathroom equipped with a toilet, toilet paper, towels, a hairdryer and a bath or shower complete the accommodation.

“Il peggior posto mai visto”
I didn't like anything about the property, from the one‑room rooms that were much smaller than described, to the lack of cleanliness, the nonexistent lake view, the rude staff, the bathroom accessed through the kitchen, the missing independent entrance, and the lack of accessibility for disabled guests. The same issues repeated in the negative section.
The price matched the quality and it was decent overall, though it could have been cleaner. The kitchen was missing basic items. One or two nights were fine.
They let us book additional 10person so it's a relief from my colleagues who don't have a place to sleep. They charged me 2000forint for the gate key i thought it's refundable when i return the key but it's not
