The rooms were well equipped and cosy. The breakfast at the neighbouring house, however, felt like a mass service and, despite a wide selection, did not match the lodge’s character.

It was very nice.

Our family reunion (three generations) stayed in the lovely rooms of the Spessart‑Lodge; table reservations and layout, food, service, and friendliness all fit perfectly.

A large, beautiful, and modern family room on the ground floor – perfect for keeping the door open after a long drive so the kids can play in the big garden. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were beautiful, but there were many wasps while eating.
