The staff were great, especially the receptionist who assisted us with our online packages and other requests.

The location and room quality were good, but the breakfast was disappointing.

The location was fine, but there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Only the location mattered; the washroom doors were broken, the cardboard spring mattress was the worst, they only serve one single breakfast but call it a buffet, and the unprofessional Treebo team followed up like pawn brokers.
