The location, view, orderliness, and options at the hostel made us feel like a hotel, though the stay was too short for us to return soon. The reception service was a major flaw, especially the lack of accessibility in WhatsApp communication with customer service. They respond, but with unacceptable delays and sometimes ignore or don’t reply. There was no accessibility for deaf customers, for example, as we experienced. It’s a shame. It lowers the rating compared to the positive impression of the place, its comfort, and the services it offers.

The view is unique, clean, well maintained, and invested in. The electric gate – the reception staff isn’t immediately available and you can get stuck outside for long minutes.

Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with no shortage of items, and the dining staff were friendly and accommodating even for guests with special needs. The onsen was simply lovely, the location fantastic, well-maintained, and everything was pleasant from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Nothing was lacking.

נוף מדהים, שירות יעיל ואדיב, חדרים נוחים. מרחבים להתכנסות, בחוץ ובפנים. תצוגה יפה ומעניינת של ממצאים ארכיאולוגיים מהאזור. כדאי להציב שלט בבית הכנסת ובקבלה ובו זמני תפילות, לנוחות הציבור הרב הנעזר בכך. תוך הבהרה כי קיום מנין תלוי במתארחים וההנהלה אינה מתחייבת לכך
