The staff were friendly and the ambiance was pleasant.
The rooms were clean and neat, and room service was available. I never received a bill; I asked for a GST bill, but they said they couldn’t generate one and waited over 45 minutes before promising to email and WhatsApp it. I needed the bill for a business trip, so I called after a week and they seemed indifferent, claiming ignorance. I checked in at 9 am, checked out at 6 pm, never stayed for 12 hours, paid 50 % + GST as an early‑check‑in charge and one full day tariff + GST, and I doubt they recorded the bill. Payment was made online only.
