The location is good, but the hotel feels geared toward business travelers. The breakfast was a real weak point; many guests dislike eggs, and aside from that the offerings were missing or poor. Among all the places I've visited in Peru, this was the only one that didn't provide coffee—just hot water and instant coffee powder. It's ironic that the hotel has a decent restaurant yet lacks such basic details.

In a forgotten mining town like Espinar, finding a hotel with this level of quality is a real blessing. The rooftop restaurant on the top floor is fantastic, serving meals from 5 am to 8 pm. Service, parking, and prices are all reasonable, and both the rooms and the food are excellent. If you’re passing through Espinar, you simply can’t miss it. The rooms are a bit small, and the hotel is slightly out of the center.

An oasis in the desert, everything was excellent, especially the staff who helped us with a health issue—highly recommended. If someone needs oxygen at high altitude, it would be useful to have it available, but the staff’s response was spectacular, and we were very grateful.

It was worth the price we paid; we were just passing through Espinar on the way to Arequipa, so we stayed for a night and a quick breakfast before continuing the trip. Nothing to complain about—everything was fine. Espinar isn’t a tourist destination, but as a stopover it’s fine; accommodation and food aren’t expensive.
