Only the location mattered. When I arrived, they asked for an extra payment, but after clarifying the situation, the originally agreed price on Booking was kept. However, when I requested the invoice, they again tried to add an extra charge, even though VAT was already included in the initial breakdown. The bathroom was outside the rooms.
