I loved the entertainment options, the bar, and how friendly the staff were - they really made an effort to make us feel welcome.

“Depois de visitar os quatro all inclusive da cidade…esperava um pouco mais do Cassino.”
The drinks at the all‑inclusive were of high quality, but there was a line to get drinks and the snack selection was poor.

There’s plenty to do at the hotel; we didn’t even make it to the main park because we stayed only one night, but I’d definitely return. The fake‑chip casino was a lot of fun, and the drinks and food were good. Some items, however, need maintenance.

The heated pool stayed at a perfectly pleasant temperature, and the room was very good with comfy beds. The bar staff by the pool were friendly and served excellent drinks, and the place welcomes pets.

The hotel’s structure is solid and there are plenty of attractions beyond the pools. The pools work well for kids, the room was spotless, and the staff were very polite and attentive. However, the playground was missing, the carousel was broken, and the paddle boat didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable—the mattress needs replacing—especially since it had a dip from wear.

We really liked how the food and drinks were arranged and the variety, plus everyone on staff was cheerful and friendly. The setting is also very pleasant for those looking to relax and enjoy a few calm days. I wouldn’t say there were outright dislikes, but some items could use more attention and upkeep. The beds, pools and sauna could be better maintained. Overall, I think some equipment and attractions would benefit from a review and, in some cases, a refresh, which would make the experience even better.
