The breakfast was barely worth mentioning, and the staff—especially SOKLY at reception—were downright rude. I’d advise against booking a stay that includes breakfast, since there’s no kitchen staff to support it. The pool felt like a small pond and the overall service left a lot to be desired.

We stayed in the presidential suite, a very spacious and pretty room. The hotel staff were friendly, but the place feels a bit outdated and could use some updates. It probably used to be a good hotel, and for the price paid it’s not bad.

I fell in love with this hotel—the entrance is gorgeous and blends perfectly with the surrounding nature, especially near the pool. It was very tranquil, allowing me to unwind completely, and I especially liked the room with its 360‑degree balcony and the tiny geckos that added a charming detail. The bathroom impressed me as well. The location is ideal: away from the bustling centre yet close enough to get around with ease.

The reception team were instantly helpful whenever we had a question, and they asked each day if we wanted the room cleaned. The building has no elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs, and the first room we entered was dirty—there was a dead grasshopper, sand in the bathtub, and stains on the linens. They eventually gave us another room, which still had some pillow stains until we asked for them to be replaced. We also requested a transfer, but the organizer stopped responding two days before arrival, and even the “urgent” phone line gave no answer, which was very disappointing. The walls are thin, and we were woken by a arguing couple climbing the stairs.
