I was pretty impressed with the thoughtfulness of the place - they'd already got stuff like wood, lighter fluid, balls, and a badminton set lying around. The terrace roof provided decent shelter from the rain. That being said, I did notice the toilet got a bit flooded when it rained at night, which was a bit of a pain.
