The breakfast had a wide variety and was tasty, the staff were all new, and I was thrilled to meet Advisor Ishikuro; the kids from the bus tour in Nagano were able to mingle with us in the bath, which was wonderful, and I definitely want to stay again soon. The only downside was the dry air and the small tray next to the bed in the non‑smoking room, which was handy for storing items; the table near the entrance felt inconvenient, and the Wi‑Fi sometimes behaved oddly for unknown reasons.

The moment I got into the room the TV wouldn’t turn on, so I called the front desk and they fixed it right away; the staff’s gentle manner left a good impression. After checking out I realized I’d left my phone behind and gave them a call, and they handled that nicely too. In the end the phone was found in the futon, and because the staff were so helpful I’d stay there again on my next fishing trip. The only downside was a faint smell inside the elevator that bothered me a bit.
