The location is great, Marana is a good starting point, but the rooms weren't prepared even after we asked, the pool was unsightly, and the breakfast could have been better if it were stocked, for example with oatmeal.

The staff were helpful, with no delays at check‑in or check‑out, and the spot was excellent with plenty of nearby dining options; the room was spacious, clean, and the AC and beds were very comfortable. However, the pool and jacuzzi were dirty—dead crickets in the jacuzzi, palm leaves and shavings in the pool, and a guy smoking marijuana in the pool area while my child swam, forcing us to cut the swim short; I wish he’d smoked elsewhere.

“I would never recommend or return. This building should just be gutted and start over.”

The location. Everything else. Our room was dirty, mostly the floor. I 100% guarantee that our floor was not cleaned. There was new furniture but there was no decoration it felt like barracks or jail. The shower was dirty, stained, and loosing its top coat. The tile was dirty, grout not even and dirty, cracked floors and the base board of tile was falling off the wall or not put on correctly. The paint on the wall was patch and felt like the manager special. There was huge brown spill in the closet areas that would’ve been an easy clean if someone would cleaned properly. The window shade was broken. The door latch was no safe and the door was an inch off the floor or more. The noise from the road and hall and neighboring rooms was astronomical! Horrible

The breakfast was honestly nothing—just bread, while the photos show more items. There was a slight bad odor, stained and torn towels, and the breakfast that was included didn't meet any decent standard.
