The location was perfect and the breakfast was good. The location was perfect, but each condo is privately owned, so it’s hard to get issues resolved. The balcony doors were broken, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the gym had no air‑conditioning and equipment was broken. I was looking forward to pizza as advertised, but the pizza oven was only for show. The pool wasn’t maintained and there weren’t enough loungers, nor were there umbrellas around the pool.

“Regret booking”

The location was fine. The reception manager’s attitude was bad; the condo was damaged—smashed window, broken chairs, broken bed, flooded bedroom. Breakfast communication was poor, and there was no housekeeping for the four‑night stay.

The beach right in front of the property was beautiful, and the swimming pool was clean and good. We were going to arrive later than expected and wanted to inform the property / confirm that we could get a late check‑in. However, we couldn’t contact the property by phone or WhatsApp, and even trying to raise the complaint didn’t help. There is no 24‑hour reception and the property’s phone number doesn’t answer after office hours. This was annoying and inconvenient. Check‑in was fine once we arrived because the main gate had our key, but it was an unpleasant experience that we couldn’t call anyone.

“Forfædeligt sted - undgå det for din egen skyld.”

The location was really nice, but that got washed out by all the bad aspects of the place. The cleaning was awful: a gross smell filled the whole apartment, insects in the beds, bed bugs, and mold. We had to find another hotel after just one night out of five, and after almost two months we still haven’t received the promised refund. The staff were absolutely useless.
