The place was clean, right in the city centre, and the staff were polite and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was tasty and arrived on time. The lift stopped working during power outages, especially early in the morning and late at night.

The location was great, especially handy for parents heading to the consulate. The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent.

This hotel was ideal for a US Consulate visa interview – just a 5‑minute walk away. The breakfast, however, was quite sparse.

The ambience was good. The lift was a problem.
