We stayed in a private room that was well equipped, spacious, had a comfy bed, AC, and storage. The location was great with cafés, laundry, and activities nearby. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower and the water didn’t drain properly or was very bad.

The room was spotless and the view of rice fields and mountains was amazing. I appreciated being welcomed into local ceremonies and treated like family, and I could get rides or tours whenever I asked. Laundry services offered wash‑and‑fold for a low price and were completed the same day. The only downside was that most rooms didn’t have a refrigerator to keep my water cold.

Top, emplacement excentré mais à 10 minutes à pied et 2 minutes en scooter. L’hôte est disponible et réactive. L’eau ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais a vite réglé le souci. La chambre partagée était super

The staff were always ready to help and even fixed the internet, which is excellent on every floor. Water and coffee are free, and the laundry is very cheap. There are good nearby restaurants, bikes for rent, and a shuttle service. We loved Amed! Thanks, Nyoman – we’ll never forget you! The only drawback was that the rooftop was under renovation, so we couldn’t enjoy it.
