My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ramzi and Vaisal at the reception. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even upgrading my room. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's service and amenities.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I was sent to a completely different hotel from the one I booked. The new hotel was not only cheaper but also far from satisfactory, and I was left feeling exhausted after a 2 am arrival. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to have no qualms about selling off my booking, leaving me without a room and forced to find alternative arrangements. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I'm still fuming about it.
