“Een ramp”

The staff treated us as if there were a ferry connection between Jersey and Guernsey, even though they clearly knew that connection had been suspended for more than a week, forcing us to take the first available flight and lose two nights. For a possible refund they referred us to Booking, and Booking referred us to Marston.

“Great situation. Research how to access the hotel if you don’t like steep hills.”

Breakfast was excellent, but for several days we had no heating until it was eventually fixed.

le breakfast : variété des choix qualité des produits personnel de ce service agréable La relative proximité du centre ville. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais la veille du départ soit le 8/10 la compagnie de ferry nous a informé que la traversée était annulée pour cause de mauvaise météo Nous avons aussitôt alerté la guesthouse. A l'arrivée , la personne de la réception , peu aimable, nous a refusé un quelconque remboursement, nous reprochant d'être passés par la plateforme booking. Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié: avoir valable pendant un an par exemple , ou bien même un panier repas pour le lendemain midi. Un établissement situé sur une île est tributaire des bateaux et pourrait se montrer plus compréhensif. La rentabilité est préférée à la satisfaction du client et c'est bien dommage. Nous ne recommanderons pas cet endroit

Verouderde badkamer, slechte ventilatie in badkamer,klein tweepersoonsbed 1,40m breed, matras is ook aan vervanging toe. Ook verouderde ramen. Ik snap niet dat dit hotel 8.4 heeft op
