“Confortable”
The place was clean and tidy, but the breakfast left something to be desired.
“不要住這家飯店”
The inn was conveniently close to the conference centre, yet the administration was a mess: I had prepaid for the added breakfast and confirmed it several times by phone, but after checking in I was charged three more times. All the front‑desk staff were Indian, their English was poor and they were completely clueless. I ticked the box for a receipt when booking, and three weeks after checkout I still haven’t received it. I’d advise against using the booking platform; they only care about profit and offer no help, forcing guests to deal with the hotel on their own—truly unacceptable.
Breakfast was decent, but after changing the reservation from one guest per room to two guests for four nights I was asked to pay an extra $80. I called internationally five times about it, only to have my credit card charged three more times and to be told the arriving guests also needed a credit‑card guarantee. The staff didn’t hand over information to each other at all, which was completely absurd.
“This was an adequate place with bad outlets. Pretty much what I would expect with a chain hotel except the bad outlets.”
The room was big, the hotel easy to get in and out of with good parking. We ended up in a room with 2 queens because they were out of king rooms. There was only one table between the beds with outlets and lamps. This means the person on the other side of the bed couldn’t read in bed or have electronics. There was a desk but only 2 outlets nearby and one had the desk lamp and the other had the television. The room was pretty corporate looking. A lot of food for breakfast but spongy eggs and the little cinnamon rolls has a strange taste. My husband wondered how they could find oranges that tasteless in California
“Overall comfortable stay. Staff friendky and lots of parking available”
The place was clean and conveniently located where I needed to be. However, there were not enough power outlets, and the alarm clock cord kept pulling out of the socket. Towels were insufficient and the shower pressure was low.
