I found a lack of services and no staff to assist guests. The price‑quality ratio was mediocre, and at certain times there was no staff available to help. I requested parking, which was fine, but there was no staff present, and when there was, they did not want to provide that service.

The rooms were very small and did not resemble the pictures I saw on Booking at the time of booking. The price was far too high for the room’s standard.

The modern design and location are appealing, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very basic, only flour items or rice crackers without toppings but fine. The breakfast attendant had to wake guests up to move cars. The location they give you is on a rural road and they never clarify that it’s mis‑listed. They offer a garage, but they don’t explain that if cars are parked behind yours, they have to wake all guests to move them, so you can’t leave until they move. The most important thing: in front there’s a club; we were lucky they told us they would give us a room on the opposite side instead of the front, but the music kept playing until 4 am. The modern style is present but the finishes are not high quality. The room we had is for moderately slim people; a larger person would have trouble fitting into the bathroom.
