“KECEWA”
The location is very strategic, close to downtown and the airport, but the cleanliness was not maintained—there were stains in the room, the kids’ pool was murky, and the front‑door staff did not smile.
The location is superb, but the breakfast package should have been included in the booking—what we got was just a normal breakfast.
“The room has a problem with the air conditioning. I slept at night sweating because of the heat. Complained, the technic”
The hotel is located in the town center, but all the furniture and carpets are old and need to be replaced.
Fair. Fair
Overall, we enjoyed a cozy and comfortable stay, but the bathroom was quite dirty with a lot of mold, and there was a lot of dust around the wardrobe and rack area; better cleaning would help future guests.
