The place doesn't exist

When I booked through booking .com, they refused to honor the reservation, leaving me without a room.

“The bad thing is that we are denied check-in. I've booked a room for 2 days. However, they denied it”

The hotel sits on the main road and has plenty of parking, but I was turned away at check‑in even though I had a two‑day booking; the front desk claimed the room was already taken and offered me a one‑day offline booking instead, despite my confirmation, and the promised facilities were not provided.
