The location and cleanliness were good. The rooms are very noisy to the point of being hard to sleep in. The shower is in bad shape: the hose from the shower head sprays all the water out, and the head itself barely delivers any water. Even the rain shower head has very low pressure. We didn’t know we had to leave the room by 10 a.m. for cleaning, and we were told that only when it was almost too late. Thankfully it was still cleaned, but we were not pleased. I had ordered a birthday cake with Prosecco as a surprise, but the Prosecco was missing, so we couldn’t toast as planned. We received the bottle of Prosecco later.
The service was super helpful and the breakfast fantastic. The rooms were lovely, had everything needed, and the location was very nice.

We spent a fantastic time in Naples, and the place was spot‑on—spotlessly clean, super comfy, right in the middle of everything, and exactly what we had imagined. The host was a gem, always friendly, ready to help, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was a real treat and set a great tone for our days. Naples itself felt genuine and lively, with great food and a one‑of‑kind vibe that made our stay even better. We’d definitely come back and strongly recommend this spot. Thanks a ton for everything! ❤️

Everything was wonderful.
The rooms were beautiful, especially the largest one with sea view and an in‑room bathtub; our stay was a bachelorette celebration and the bride loved the room and the bathtub surprise! The place was very clean, the room service breakfast was abundant and nice. The owner was available and friendly, giving us many tips on transport, activities, etc.
