Honestly, the location is fine, but that’s really all there is. Don’t book it; they promise things they don’t deliver. It’s not worth the money. There’s no staff present, the faucets are leaking! When it rains, water floods the floor. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere. They promise Wi‑Fi, but it doesn’t work or you don’t even get a signal. It’s not clean; the shower drain stank, and when I looked it was completely clogged with hair and debris—very dirty. I reported all this to the ‘manager’ via WhatsApp, but nothing changed. Then the cleaning lady took our AC remote and we didn’t get it back for a few hours. That AC unit gets hot quickly on a sunny day, no fun. I had to throw away items because they got soaked by the leak; all the windows were leaking, and it affected my cabinets and table. Tap water ran salt water, so you can’t really wash your hair. They promised a 15:00 check‑in, but we arrived at 14:50 and the cleaning still had to start, so we had to wait. The only person present was a gardener/cleaner who didn’t speak English, and if you speak Spanish he barely responds. I discussed all this with the manager, but he wasn’t open to talk. That’s why I’m writing this review—to warn others about this big disappointment and to suggest you spend your money elsewhere. I had no expectations for the pool; it’s just a dirty little tub with a few chlorine tablets and no pump to keep the water clean. The terrace is in need of replacement; I almost didn’t step onto it because the boards were rotting. Finally, there’s a constant loud generator noise that wakes you up at night. There’s no hospitality here.
