Breakfast and dinner were excellent, though the distance is a drawback; the hospitality and comfort were superb. Maurizio and his wife were available, very friendly, and it felt like staying with family. No negatives.

I was greeted by a fantastic host, hostess, and staff on site, all extremely hospitable and welcoming.

Everything was great; Mr. Maurizio, his wife, and the staff treated us like guests rather than customers, with immeasurable kindness and generosity, and they were more than willing to help! The wife gifted us the famous Easter cake plus another cake and cantucci, all homemade, and added a bottle of local cellar wine as a token of sharing and togetherness, plus a breakfast on the departure day featuring local cheeses and cured meats. The place is wonderful, tucked in the Umbrian-Marchigian Apennine forest. The apartment is well cared for and welcoming, lacking nothing. This establishment shows love for the land and a passion for sharing knowledge, culture, and traditions. Excellent. Thank you for this marvelous experience.
