The air conditioner never cooled even at 60, the bathroom sink and counters were dirty, and after moving us to another room I still got bed‑bugs. Nobody else stayed in the hotel, yet they had our room on the top floor, the 6th, and moved us to the 5th. That floor seemed under renovation: walls taped, light fixtures taped, no occupants, and it looked unfinished. Why put us there when the whole floor was being remodeled?
