The reception was open 24 hours, but there was no toilet paper or hand basin. The staff woke us up at 7 am for housekeeping, and even though we put a “Clean my room” tag on the door, the room never got cleaned.

The room and bathroom were spotless, which was great - and the location is super convenient for sightseeing and trying local food. Only downside was the hot water wasn't flowing that well.
