“Ótimo”
The accommodations are excellent! The resort is spacious and the room I stayed in is very roomy, with everything you need. I’ve stayed at other resorts and never seen so many food options at every meal, including vegan choices that go beyond fruit and salads. Overall, the resort is well organized, clean, and the staff are very attentive. One thing to note is the wall structure; you can hear everything other guests say. During peak times the room can be quite noisy. Another issue is the confusing information about activity times. At the pool, for example, there were two signs in the common area with different schedules. In the resort app that helps with this info, the pool was listed as open from 7 am, when in fact it only opens at 9 am. For those who want to make the most of their last day, it can be confusing when arranging schedules.

The entertainment, meals, resort amenities, and staff were great, but perhaps the least positive aspect was the experience with some of the themed restaurants that fell short of expectations in terms of offerings and dining experience (Italian and French). On the other hand, the Japanese restaurant delivered a good experience by standing out from what was offered at the buffet.

I was blown away by the flawless organization and outstanding service; every staff member I met was cheerful, polite, and helpful, making my first all‑inclusive experience absolutely amazing! I didn't encounter anything I didn't like.
The place is charming and the team’s warm reception makes all the difference, but it was a sunny‑free day.

The apartment had a nice view, but the food was far below what I expected, the cafeteria staff seemed disinterested and lacked effort, the themed restaurants were bad and I couldn’t even reserve a meal, my apartment was dirty and full of sand when I arrived, and the TV stopped working.
