Good location and beds, but the hair dryer, night lamp, and shower door were broken and didn’t work at all. The room key had to be recharged at reception once a day. The bathroom was far from clean, with black spots everywhere and loose shelves.

What I liked was how I was welcomed; the staff were really nice. Nothing disappointed me; it was a good hotel.

Horrible, we only stayed one night and went elsewhere. This place can’t be an hotel. We can’t even get a refund. Booking hides bad reviews, so we’re being scammed. It was almost entirely unsanitary, with mold in the toilets and limescale on all shower fixtures. The noise was unbearable. The only positive was the heating. We felt unsafe in this hotel.

Staff were friendly and it’s close to the train station, yet I spotted what looked like a bed bug that ruined the stay. Google reviews show many reports of bed bugs, but the hotel still gets no similar feedback. Overall not very clean: hair under covers, smudges on walls, stained towels, the shower door doesn’t close fully causing the bathroom to flood, and the area feels a bit dodgy.
