The location is good and check‑in is practical. The AC was broken when I arrived and I spent the whole day trying to get it to work. With no maintenance staff in the building, I had to keep texting management, which took a long time to answer. There’s no front desk and barely any staff. After many hours of trying to fix the AC, I gave up and went to another place. The hotel wouldn’t refund me, so I had to involve support. It was very disappointing; I wouldn’t stay here again – not worth it.

It was just different from the norm and definitely my style. I loved the look and the room had everything we needed… but a coffee machine would have made it perfect! Nothing else.

The location is picturesque and the place feels different and unique. Being old, it’s a bit noisier than usual, but that’s bearable.

The house has its own charm – a great old building with lovely hideaways in the common room or the little garden, all set up in a sweet way. The staircase is wildly decorated but super cool. You’re a short walk from a metro station, so getting from A to B is quick and easy, and a stop for the famous tram isn’t far either.
