The location is excellent, close to the city center, with a calm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and fresh, and they come with all the basics (hair dryer, toiletries, slippers, etc.). The owner is responsive and pleasant, quietly offering extra cleaning and handling other needs. The garden is lovely with a fire pit – in the evenings the staff light the fire, making it even cozier. In the courtyard there is a kitchen, but it’s unclear whether it’s for guests or staff; some explanatory signs would be helpful. The kitchen would be very useful. In the courtyard there were several roosters that crowed early in the morning, waking people up very early and breaking the idyllic peace of the place.

The guesthouse was nice and the host was polite and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and cozy. The biggest issue was the noise: a rooster kept crowing, ruining sleep, and a strange mechanical device—like a running machine—vibrated the floor and walls, especially near the window; it turned on and off randomly and even ran at night, ruining sleep quality. The kitchen was basically non‑existent, and the location was right by the highway with only other hotels and a terrible restaurant nearby.

The place was clean, the owner and everyone else were very friendly, and the minimalist décor fit the vibe perfectly. Everything was fine.
