The place is in a great spot, brand new, spotless, and the staff were friendly. The rooms felt a bit cramped; one night was fine, but staying longer left a bit of a lack of space.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll from Piazza Duomo, close to the main sights, plenty of eateries, and the renowned fish market. Bus and train stations are also within easy walking distance, and a bus stop a few minutes away offers a direct link to the airport. My room was cozy, impeccably clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, with nice treats, tea, and a TV that streams YouTube and Netflix. A coffee machine near reception lets guests enjoy complimentary coffee, sweets, and fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. All in all, a wonderful place with great attention to detail, and nothing was lacking.

The room was moderate and clean, and the shower was large and very nice. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi didn’t work properly, which was a real let‑down. The standby light on the AC was very bright and kept us up at night.

The location is convenient to our point of interest and also to the historic center. The pillows and blankets are very comfortable, and there’s free access to drinks and snacks every hour. The TV also connects to Netflix. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport is punctual and convenient. The bathroom is a bit too small and the faucets urgently need maintenance.
