Thanks for another unforgettable stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is great, the atmosphere is amazing, and it’s clean. The procedures are fantastic, the staff are extremely kind, the pools are warm and clean, the beach is fantastic; I’m thrilled and highly recommend it. If you want to improve something, the shower cubicle in room 3 feels like a joke – I could only see the lower half of my body a week later :-) And a truly important suggestion – we’d love to swim before breakfast; it would be great if the pools opened an hour earlier or stayed open an hour longer.

A wonderful stay and excellent value for money. The hotel blends authentic Italian charm with modern comfort – beautifully renovated, very clean and well maintained. The location is great, the gardens are lovely with flowers, there are peaceful spots to relax, the pools are beautiful, and there’s a spacious beach right in front of the hotel. I also really appreciated how welcoming they are towards animals. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and always ready to help. I would happily come back and definitely recommend it.

This was not my first stay at Parco Smeraldo, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The staff really deserves a special mention – everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive and always ready to help, no matter the request. The food is excellent, and the drinks are fantastic as well. Both the pool area and the beach are always beautifully maintained and spotless, which makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Overall, Parco Smeraldo consistently delivers a wonderful experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
