The pool was mentioned but it was shut for the whole stay, and the place is so far from Seoul that I had to spend 1h30 traveling to the city center every day; mosquitoes appeared on the second night and I didn’t sleep well at all.

We spent 3 days at the hotel – super clean, great views, and the staff were fantastic. The only downside, unrelated to the hotel itself, is that it’s very far from everything: 1,5h to the airport and 1,45 to Seoul. Everything else was fine.

The reality of the hotel was far from what the photos promised: the walls were dirty, the bed was too small even though we chose the most expensive room, and there was a terrible, unpleasant smell. Cockroaches were in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The bed linen was dirty, the slippers had holes, and we were told the linen would be changed but it never happened. When we left in the morning and returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all, showing a serious lack of basic housekeeping. Cleaning products were charged separately, which is disappointing for a hotel advertised as a 4‑star property. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4‑star rating; it feels more like a 1‑star place. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting comfortable, clean, high‑quality accommodation. The experience was far below our expectations, and the hotel urgently needs to improve its cleanliness, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall standards.

The place was quiet, the bed was good, and the bathroom was spacious. The fridge was there. The front desk staff were really subpar: at check‑in they only handed us a key and said nothing. The hotel surfaces were very worn and the hotel was really dirty, especially in the public areas. The breakfast room was so untidy we didn’t want to eat there. The lobby was untidy and almost empty. Next to the lobby there was a renovation area and the doors were open to the lobby. The pool was not open at 21:00.
