I was greeted by Natalya at reception, whose warm and genuine welcome made me feel comfortable and cared for from the start; her calm, pleasant, and approachable personality, along with her kindness, truly stood out. I received a thoughtful upgrade to a family room and a complimentary dinner, and Natalya went beyond her duties to make me feel genuinely welcomed, which made my stay special. “Fantastisch genoten !!”

De ligging was super, aan zee en dichtbij het gezellige dorpje. Personeel was meer dan vriendelijk, ontbijt was goed hotelkamer werd iedere dag netjes schoon gemaakt. Hotel voelt ook kleinschalig en is erg relax. Alles was top. Bij het zwembad zou misschien iets meer sfeer gemaakt kunnen worden. Muziek of iets dergelijks. Er word nu weinig gebruik van gemaakt. Misschien ook wel omdat de zee met mooie beachbar erg in de buurt is

“Fräscht och stadsnära hotell med utmärkt personal & service bidrog till den perfekta semestern”

I stayed right next to the beach and the center of Tsivili, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The room was fresh and cleaned every day.

The staff are super friendly. Good location , close to plenty of restaurants. Nice breakfast. The tavern next door plays insanely loud music every night until midnight
