The hotel's location was super convenient for my needs, and the staff were really friendly, which was a great start. However, things took a turn when I got charged double for the airport pickup, which was a bit of a shock. To top it off, the room rate kept going up, and it just didn't feel worth it with all the extras added on.

Unfortunately, the hotel had a major issue - no hot water, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay.
