“Prima”
It was clean and tidy. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday, and there was a techno club nearby that apparently ran until 04:00 a.m.; it was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep well.

I stayed here for a business trip, and this place turned out to be exactly what I needed after a long day of work. Business trips can be quite stressful, so for me it was really important to have a cozy, comfortable place where I could come back, switch off and simply breathe. The first thing I loved was how bright and spacious the room was. The floor-to-ceiling windows make such a huge difference — and the view is honestly a 10/10. It was absolutely beautiful and made the room feel even more open and pleasant. The space is also very comfortable for taller people, which is a nice bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful little welcome treat. The room had everything I needed for a few comfortable days: a coffee machine, mini fridge, heating, a hairdryer, plenty of storage and a wardrobe where I could actually unpack my things rather than live out of a suitcase. There were also portable air coolers, which were very useful. The bed was very comfortable and the mattress was great. Another big plus was how quiet it was. I couldn’t hear the neighbours at all, and after work I was even able to take a proper nap — which, on a business trip, is honestly a luxury! There was also one small personal request I made during my stay, which I honestly didn’t expect to be fulfilled. Chantal was incredibly kind and simply said yes, without making it complicated. It may seem like a small thing, but it genuinely meant a lot to me and made the stay feel much more personal and special. It’s these little moments of thoughtfulness that you remember long after leaving. I’ve been to this city several times and have stayed in a few different places, but so far this is definitely my favourite. It feels like a place where you can comfortably stay for several days, rather than somewhere that is only convenient for one night. I would happily stay here again

You could have breakfast at a nearby place called Kaldi. That was very good. Only on Sunday it opens at 10:00 instead of 09:00 as stated. The room was very hot, and when you opened the window you were bothered by the noise from a nearby café.

Beautiful surroundings with a view of the Markiezenhof in the centre of Bergen op Zoom. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, and in Bergen op Zoom some visitors can be noisy. On the night from Saturday to Sunday you hear the disco thump from the night club.
