“Enjoyable family stay at The Piku”
I had a very pleasant stay at The Pikus. The hotel sits very close to the sea beach, which is highly convenient for visitors. The rooms are neat, clean, and well‑maintained, with a strong emphasis on hygiene. Room service is prompt, and the staff are courteous, helpful, and well‑behaved. The hotel also has a good restaurant serving tasty, quality food. One of the major advantages is its excellent location: a daily market is just outside the hotel, and the beach is within easy walking distance. Children especially enjoy the swimming pool, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a comfortable, family‑friendly hotel with good amenities, excellent service, and a convenient location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New Digha. However, the cleanliness of the beds, pillow covers, and blanket covers needs special attention; while the overall hygiene standards were satisfactory, these items were below expectations and could be improved to enhance guest comfort.
