Worst hotel ever. The staff were rude—except for the manager. Wi‑Fi was only in the premium rooms and they never mentioned that. It felt like a ghost town; definitely avoid it.

The location was solid, the apartment was spacious, and there was a supermarket right next door—super convenient. The elevator, though, was scary and had a few breakdowns.

The area was quiet and away from Santa Maria’s city buzz, the apartment was roomy, and there was a pool right below the room. The free shuttle to town was handy. We ran into a major hygiene issue at the hotel restaurant and ongoing problems with some staff. I could have filed a complaint, but the manager met us, acknowledged the issues, and offered a nice gesture that we appreciated.
