The location and service were good, but the parking was awful—tight, with ten ramps to the 5th floor, and large cars won’t fit. A valet could fix this.

The spot was convenient, the room was a decent size, and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. I also want to praise the receptionist Florençia—she was helpful, friendly, empathetic, and patient. The breakfast could use more variety and eggs.
