Friends Hotel & Rooftop - Historic Center & Museums

I found the hotel incredibly charming and the staff, especially Yale, were always ready to help us plan tours, arrange airport transfers, and reply to messages promptly. The drivers felt very safe, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit viel Liebe eingerichtet!”

The hotel was beautiful, full of meticulous detail. My room felt cozy and had everything we needed. What impressed me most was the friendly staff who kept bringing little gestures that put a smile on our faces. I can only say a big THANK YOU!!! The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view over Quito, and the breakfast each morning was lovingly prepared.

“Great location with rooftop breakfast”

I stayed in a very central spot at a cute hotel with an interior courtyard. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the roof‑top breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. The hotel also helped arrange transportation and activities. I would definitely return.

The location was very convenient, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast good and plentiful. On the last day the staff gave us a small personalized souvenir. The room was a bit noisy, and the TV had no antenna, so we could only watch Netflix.

“Loved this boutique hotel!”

In Old Town Quito, the building’s vibe was something we loved. Rooms were super clean, spacious, upgraded to current standards, with a big tiled shower and a balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway. Staff were friendly and assisted us with taxis or maps to nearby sites. Every morning the full breakfast was wonderful. There were spots to meet other travelers and chat. I’ll stay here again. The only downside was the steep stairs, but a porter was available to carry bags up.
