“Vue splendide dans un village paisible”
The view: a room that overlooks the sea, you can almost touch it if you stretch your arm. Magical! Nothing.

We saw Local Hero at the cinema when it came out in 1983 and it’s remained our favourite film since. Staying in the village where it was filmed was a joy. We loved the location and the Pennan Inn is just lovely. This is not luxury accommodation but our room (Happer) was very comfy with a perfect view. The bed was great and although small, the shower was good. Dinner was delightful. Nothing to dislike.
The location is simply incredible. The room was perfect, the view impressive. The food was very good, and the staff very friendly. Will come again.
